HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST ?

We offer free NATIONAL delivery for orders over 1000QR. international delivery will be at 75 QR . 

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ? 

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us  within 8 hours of placing your order.  We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE ? 

We generally deliver all orders  inside DOHA in 1 working day international in 5-10 working days.

if the order its urgent and you would like to receive it in the same day please whatsapp us we will consider the service if we can .

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ? 

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number.

if the order is inside Qatar will send you the Driver phone number or you can contact us to track your KAFTAN

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE KAFTAN ACCEPT ? 

Currently we accept online payment visa and debit cards for all GCC countries and bank transfer for international orders we also offer cashing on delivery inside Qatar. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request! Please contact us directly to arrange this.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER ? 

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that THE KAFTAN  does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.   We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by THE KAFTAN, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY KAFTAN PIECES ?

Dry clean or handwash • Do Not Bleach • Do Not Tumble Dry

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ? 

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us  so we can urgently review the matter for you!
